Striplin Ventures does not process payments directly on this website. There is no cart, no checkout, and no card entry anywhere on these pages. Purchases are arranged during your consultation, or through the manufacturer's own online store.
What the buttons on this site actually do
The consultation form sends your contact details to Striplin Ventures so a consultant can call you back. It never takes payment. The "Buy now" link in the site header opens an external manufacturer storefront in a new tab. If you buy there, that purchase is between you and that retailer, on their terms, with their payment processing, shipping, returns, and refund rules.
Cancelling a consultation
A consultation is free and carries no obligation. To cancel or reschedule, reply to the message from your consultant, or email striplinvending@gmail.com. You can also reply STOP to any text message to stop text contact.
Equipment purchased through a consultation
When equipment is purchased after a consultation, the refund, return, cancellation, and warranty terms that apply are the ones provided in writing with that specific order, by the seller or manufacturer handling the transaction. Ask for those terms before you pay, and keep the copy you are given. We do not publish blanket refund terms here, because we are not the party processing the payment.
If something goes wrong
Email striplinvending@gmail.com with what you bought and when, and we will help you reach the right party and follow the claim through. See also our Terms of Service.
